Responsibilities:

 

  • Building a network of potential candidates, using both online and offline tools.

  • Sourcing the best local candidates, and screening them with interview style questions.

  • Matching candidates to the perfect role, while ensuring all company requirements are met.

  • Attracting new business to the company, by utilising online services such as LinkedIn.

 

Desired Experience:

 

  • Live local, or be able to commute to our offices in central Horsham.

  • Be able to work full time hours, between 8:30 – 5:30.

  • Speak clearly and communicate professionally, both face to face and over the phone.

  • Be competitive, as well as having a driven and motivated work ethic.

  • Have some phone based sales experience – this is preferred and not required.
